Intro Summary of the Role

The Content Operations & SEO Manager exists to ensure website content is published accurately, efficiently, and in a way that supports search relevance (including on‑site search/Solr), conversion, discoverability, and brand consistency across the eCommerce experience. This role owns day‑to‑day CMS operations, including content authoring and publishing, content maintenance, on‑site search relevance (Solr) and SEO governance, and pre‑publish quality controls.

The role operates at a hands‑on specialist/manager level, working cross‑functionally with the Digital team, Marketing, and Campaign Management. The role balances strategic input with executional delivery, supported by clear process ownership, quality control, and cross‑functional coordination.
