Manager, Digital Experience

Duties:
Under the supervision of the Vice President, Marketing & Engagement, support the overall objectives of the Joni and Friends Marketing department. Perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

+ Manage Joni and Friends websites and platforms

+ Manage design/redesign of webpages and day-to-day content updates on Joni and Friends websites, ensuring a modern and accessible human-centered design

+ Lead the Digital Experience team in end-to-end management of events across digital platforms, in collaboration with Programs, USM, Data Analytics, and IT

+ Execute strategies for webpage structure, content, and accessibility, aligning with SEO goals

+ Optimize the internal web content and event submission processes for the Marketing team

+ Maintain the Website Style Guide, adapting web designs and images for new channels, services, and devices to ensure consistency and accessibility
