Role & Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle with varied methodology from waterfall to agile or hybrid approaches, from initiation to closure
- Drive sessions to scope high level requirements for budgeting estimations and obtaining the necessary approvals. E.g., review and write approval papers
- Developed detailed project plans, lead in execution of project delivery (inhouse or outsource). E.g.:
- Involve in procurement (e.g., Call RFP/ITQ, evaluate vendors’ proposal)
- Manage and work closely with various stakeholders (e.g., end users, senior management, and external vendor).
