Senior Data Centre Manager

We are seeking a Senior Data Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a mission‑critical data centre, ensuring high availability, reliability, safety, and compliance. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for managing on‑site operations and staff, overseeing incident, change, and capacity management, and partnering closely with Facilities, Network, Security, and external vendors to maintain operational excellence in a 24/7 environment. The role is customer‑facing and requires strong interpersonal skills, sound operational judgment, and the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders while meeting service level, audit, and regulatory requirements.
