Manager – Data Center EOD & Scheduler Support

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Data Center EOD & Scheduler Support to lead and manage enterprise-wide End of Day (EOD), Close of Business (COB), batch scheduling, and production support operations within a mission‑critical data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Data Center EOD/COB operations and enterprise batch scheduling activities.
• Ensure successful execution and monitoring of all End of Day (EOD), Close of Business (COB), and batch processing cycles.
• Manage enterprise scheduling tools and workflows for critical business applications.
• Monitor production systems, batch jobs, interfaces, and overnight processing activities.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, database, network, and business teams during production activities.
• Handle major incidents, production issues, job failures, and recovery activities within defined SLAs.
