Manager, Data & Analytics

**This is a hybrid role requiring** **3-4 days in the Chicago or San Fran office**

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Insight Generation & Strategic Analysis**
+ Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities and deliver impactful insights.
+ Conduct deep-dive analyses on banking products, client behavior, and performance trends.
+ Develop executive-ready presentations that translate data into strategic recommendations.
+ **Technical Excellence**
+ Use SQL and Python (or similar programming languages) to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
+ Build scalable analytical solutions and automate recurring processes.
+ Collaborate with the Sr. Manager and analytics team to improve data workflows and efficiency.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
+ Work closely with product, finance, and strategy teams to align analytics with business priorities.
