  • The Manager, Customer Lifecycle sits within the Marketing team and reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Experience and Innovation. The role leads the University’s lifecycle marketing function, combining martech expertise, automation delivery and data-driven campaign execution across email, SMS and digital channels to improve prospective student engagement and conversion from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
