Job Purpose

The Credit Manager’s objective is to assess and evaluate the lending application for Personal and Private Banking clients, to minimise impairments and maximise profit. This role includes consistent application of the Nedbank’s credit policy, through a risk-based affordability assessment, periodic credit reviews of existing customers, and assessing the creditworthiness of potential customers within the agreed risk parameters as set out in the Nedbank Credit Strategy.
