CAST (Corporate and Strategic Transactions) is a team within Capital One's Legal Department that is at the tip of the spear in executing on Capital One's transactional activity, including mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, complex procurement and outsourcing contracts, line of business transactions, card programs, and corporate real estate transactions. In addition, the diverse group of attorneys and other legal professionals within CAST advise our diversified businesses on a broad range of business matters in a constantly changing, stimulating and collegial environment.
