Candidate should be well versed in the area of following :- Preparation of conversion cost on Absorption as well as capacity based working, Conversion cost cycle working in SAP.- Conversion cost detailed analysis.- Analysis of Misc Consumption, Rejections, forceul consumption, other movements.- CC wise Asset master in refernce to product and shop so that depreciation working would be more clearly segregated- Preparation of differential cost True Up working for various products.- Data Streamlining between Costing and Finance- Preparation of Inter unit details of material sent & impact in monthly accounts.- Preparation of Material Recovery & Variance analysis of the same.- Model Cost Analysis - Major models with proper analysis of price changes- Variance analysis – Actual Vs Budget and Opening roll up/ reference to standard cost.- Critical Examination of IMCR proposalsBulk Part Analysis in order ...
