Key Responsibilities

• Support cost estimation, financial analysis, and cost control activities across the project lifecycle
• Lead costing activities on site under supervision
• Participate in cost estimation meetings and contribute to deliverables approval
• Prepare and review project documentation while ensuring quality and schedule compliance
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address cost-related issues
• Develop CAPEX and OPEX estimates
• Perform cost benchmarking and analyze vendor quotations
• Support value engineering and evaluate cost impact of project changes
• Monitor project cost performance and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Interface with client, EPC contractor, and authorities
