This position provides strategic, operational, and fiscal leadership for Florida SouthWestern State College's noncredit continuing education portfolio, including corporate training, workforce development, community education, professional development, test preparation, camps, seminars, and micro-credential offerings. The Manager is responsible for growing revenue, improving net contribution, monitoring program performance, and ensuring that Continuing Education operates as a self-supporting, high-quality, market-responsive unit that aligns with regional workforce and community needs.
