Job Description
The Audiobooks team is scaling Spotify’s publisher ecosystem across Europe and Latin America, building long-term, high-impact relationships with book publishers. In this role, you’ll own and grow strategic partnerships across France and Benelux, leading licensing strategy, commercial performance, and partner success on the platform. As the primary point of contact for your portfolio, you’ll shape how partnerships operate in practice — negotiating distribution terms, securing high-value catalog, and driving sustainable regional growth.
