Manager, Content Developer

**The Role**

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring pedagogical integrity and end-to-end delivery of projects directly assigned to you within the English Language Learning (ELL) Adult, Test Prep, and Professional Development portfolio, ensuring alignment with agreed pedagogical, quality, cost, and timeline standards.

This role focuses on operationalising approved product and pedagogical direction, translating strategy into effective delivery through strong team leadership, governance, and execution oversight.

You will lead and manage a team of Content Developers, providing guidance, coaching, and operational leadership to ensure consistent processes and effective delivery. While Content Developers retain pedagogical ownership of their assigned projects, you will enable success through clear workflows, strong governance, performance feedback, and delivery oversight.
