Manager-Construction Projects

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivery of construction projects in compliance with the approved construction schedule.
• Creating plans of action for the contractors and keeping a close eye on cost control.
• Executing Work as per drawings, specifications, Appendixes, and with utmost health and safety perimeters.
• Overseeing any Hurdle, risks, and obstacles that may halt the progress of work.
• Facilitating Contractor, Acquiring Clarity on RFI's, Process of work, and achieving key milestones including Full filling all the 6. Monthly Billing requisites for further and timely proceedings.
• Timely demanding, acquiring, and delivering of materials from the Employer, along with managing the Site.
• Ensuring Quality of Work and better workmanship, and adequate manpower, including utilization of material as per permissible limits.
