Roles & Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and control daily, weekly, and monthly production for aerospace sheet metal parts and assemblies Manage operations involving sheet metal fabrication processes, including: Cutting, forming, bending, rolling Press brake operations Stretch forming, hydroforming (if applicable) Riveting, fastening, and sub-assembly Ensure adherence to production schedules, takt times, and capacity plans Coordinate closely with Planning, Tooling, Engineering, and Quality teams 2. Quality & Compliance (Aerospace Standards) Ensure compliance with AS / AS, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements Enforce process discipline, shop floor documentation, and traceability requirements Lead actions to reduce: Rejections Rework NCRs and escapes Support customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory audits Drive First Article Inspection (FAI) readiness and closure 3.
