We are seeking a strategic and empathetic community leader to serve as the frontline ambassador for the franchise, helping cultivate meaningful relationships, strengthen brand presence, and drive measurable impact across platforms and events

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline funnel for all CNBC Cures inbound inquiries, applying critical thinking and sound judgment to route opportunities appropriately to editorial, sales, PR, or other internal stakeholders.
• Engage directly with Rare Disease families, patients, and advocates with compassion and professionalism—quickly identifying strong opportunities while respectfully responding to those that are not aligned with Cures’ mission or needs.
