POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Establish effective communication channel with key stakeholders through engagement and liaisons.

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• To coordinate and review operational requirements and design involving airport projects with Airport Standard's Planning & Development and CAAM.
• To ensure all operational requirement of IT, Landside, Terminal and Airside are captured prior to the implementation.
• Ensuring stakeholder management plans are in line with the overall marketing and brand strategy of KKIA. Also monitor the progress, measure success and adapt plans in response to results, feedback and intelligence.
• Develop and maintain MAHB's corporate image and identity which includes the use of logos and signage.
