Manager, Change Management

About this role:

The Manager, Change Management, will play a pivotal role in driving change management and enablement activities for critical Sales Technology initiatives at Gartner. This role is focused on translating Sales Technology enhancements into clear, actionable guidance that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption across the Sales organization. 

This individual will support the successful adoption of Gartner’s core Sales Technology and AI tools across the Sales team. Success in this role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, effective verbal and written communication, and a thoughtful approach to measuring impact.
