TheInventoryManager, Target Plus (T+) will have the responsibility for delivering operational excellence by driving continuous improvement and process optimization for our T+ organization. You will be a catalyst using horizontal and vertical leadership to drive successful business outcomes. You will manage a team of process specialists who will enable successful category assortment submissions and support partners to grow their business on Target.com.

You and your team will play a key role to enable partner success fueling growth for T+ via data driven decision making, operational support to category management and driving process improvements. 

You will focus on maximizing GMV and ensuring smooth operations for both internal and external stakeholders making a significant impact in a dynamic, agile environment.
