At Houston Methodist, the Manager, Case Management & Social Services RN is responsible for the functional and operational aspects of the integrated Case Management/Social Work department, supporting caregivers to deliver the highest quality, clinically appropriate care while promoting cost-effective utilization of hospital resources. The position maintains accountability for unit performance and results and interacts with corporate administrators, medical staff, and defined customers regarding the Case Management system.
