Leads and oversees a team managing the daily production and fulfillment of all credit and debit cards and collateral. Responsible for ensuring optimized efficient consistent with Scotia Service standards minimizing the Bank’s exposure to risk. Accountabilities include annual budget management of $35MM + annually. Lending, card issuance forecasting, reporting and implementation of system/process enhancements to improve service delivery, tracking and analysis and invoice validation.
