Job Role: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Spares Business Unit (SBU). The role involves translating business requirements into actionable insights, enabling process optimization, and supporting strategic initiatives aligned with business goals. Act as a bridge between business leadership and data/technology teams
Drive MIS, analytics, and reporting frameworks for senior leadership and department heads
Enable key performance metric tracking (Fill Rates, order to delivery, Sales, Back Orders, etc.)
Support strategic initiatives and operational improvements in line with business deliverables A. Business & Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with Business Head, all Dept. heads and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
