Purpose

The Manager, Business Analysis is responsible for leading the development, governance, and execution of SJF’s data, reporting, analytics, and compensation processes. The role oversees the end‑to‑end delivery of management reporting, performance analytics, and compensation administration, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with business strategy. The incumbent provides strategic insights to senior leadership, supports key growth initiatives, and enhances processes through automation and continuous improvement.
