**Job Summary and Qualifications**
The **Clinical Manager Rehab Therapy** assists the Director with day-to-day clinical operations of the Physical Medicine Department while also remaining involved in direct patient care. He/she ensures that patient care is provided according to policies and procedures that guide and support the provision of services. The Manager is responsible for staffing a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care/service and assures the qualifications and competence of those staff members meet the needs of patient care services.
