Introduction

The Workshop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, by leading the a team, and ensuring all vehicles are maintained efficiently and safely. The role focuses on planning maintenance, minimizing downtime, managing costs, and maintaining high operational and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and prioritize preventative and breakdown maintenance

• Implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime

• Monitor job progress and ensure adherence to deadlines

• Manage maintenance and repairs for Heavy trucks, trailers, LDVs and vehicles
