Role Summary: The purpose of the Bakery Manager role is to drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and product quality within the bakery department. The role ensures consistent delivery of high-quality bakery products, strong sales and margin performance, compliance with food safety standards, and a positive customer experience while leading and developing a skilled bakery team.
