What You'll Do:
The primary responsibility of the Maintenance Manager is to lead the site maintenance team to proactively maintain all aspects of the facility and automated operations in a manner that focuses on people and food safety. Drive for continued improvement in equipment uptime and availability by focusing on People, Processes, and Performance.
* Provide technical leadership and management for site maintenance personnel ensuring the duties of self and others meet all safety policies and regulations.
