Faith Hospice is seeking an experienced and compassionate leader to oversee our After-Hours Response Team. This unique leadership opportunity is ideal for a clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting staff, and wants to make a meaningful impact during some of the most critical moments in a patient’s hospice journey.

Unlike traditional management roles, this position is intentionally aligned with the hours our Response Team is actively serving patients and families. The manager will provide leadership, coaching, operational oversight, and clinical support during evenings, weekends, and other non-traditional hours, ensuring exceptional care and service when it matters most.
