Job Description

The ABS Academy Manager is responsible for defining the content for e-learning, web-based, classroom-based (live & virtual), case studies, structured on-the-job training, blended learning, and social learning technologies and solutions for the marine ship and offshore industry. The role will work closely with instructional designers, multimedia staff, and subject matter experts (SMEs) and/or act as subject matter expert (SME) when necessary to develop best-in-class learning. This role may also require work with Training Solutions to deliver training to external clients as necessary.
What You Will Do:
Facilitate LO programs as necessary including ILT, VILT, and cohorts.
Support multidisciplinary team to design and develop highly professional and engaging training projects and communications according to the project scope as necessary.
Verify the technical accuracy of content in learning deliverables.
