Job Description

 Overview

 The management trainee program will provide you on-the-job training to gain exposure and experience required to oversee the operations in a supermarket store. As a management trainee, you will learn management skills that are aligned with the Company's philosophies.

 In this position, you will be attached to one of the supermarket branches whereby you will be mentored by the branch manager to oversee and manage the supermarket's operations.

 Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the supermarket's operations as a whole
Analyse inventory within the store by forecasting sales figures and inventory requirements to determine the optimal stock levels that should be ordered in the store
Review store's profit and loss by reviewing the supermarket store's sales levels, cost of inventory, operational expenses and inventory loss to ensure that the store is meeting the profit targets set by the Management
