Management Trainee

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; all majors welcome (Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Food Science, or related majors preferred).

2.English proficiency sufficient for professional working use (IELTS 6.5 or equivalent);

3.Interested in bakery retail and store operations management, and willing to start from frontline store roles.

4.Good communication skills, service mindset, and teamwork spirit.

5.Willing to accept store rotation and relocation arrangements, and able to adapt to shift-based work schedules.

6.Responsible, eager to learn, and able to work under moderate pressure.
