As a leading B2B distributor, we support solar companies through logistics, procurement, and inventory management. Our Commercial Division provides comprehensive solutions for large-scale solar projects—including financial services, engineering, and design. We act as a contractor’s one-stop shop for end-to-end project support.Management Trainees are taught every aspect of the business in order to supervise their own multi-million-dollar location upon completion of the training . On-the-job training lasts for approximately 18-24 months and includes rotations in warehouse, counter sales, operations management, accounting, purchasing, account management, project management, inventory management and business development.
