Responsibilities At the CU-09 grade level, you will serve in a developmental capacity performing the duties described below under closer than normal supervision. Assignments will become progressively more difficult until the full-performance level (CU-11) is reached. As a Management Services Specialist (Programs) at the CU-11 grade level, you will: Formulate the annual budget estimate for the region and conduct the mid-session review as well as input final budgetary information into a variety of financial systems and prepare related budget forms, schedules, and reports.
