Job Description:

ValueMomentum is looking for an experienced MIS Executive to support Talent Acquisition operations through effective reporting, vendor coordination, and SOW management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly recruitment MIS reports and dashboards
• Generate hiring trackers, onboarding reports, offer status reports, and recruitment analytics
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition teams and external recruitment vendors
• Handle vendor management activities, follow-ups, documentation, and tracking
• Prepare and maintain SOWs (Statement of Work) and operational records
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders and leadership teams
• Support recruitment operations and process improvements.
