Requirements

• RSA ID and legal residence essential
• Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management
• Strong teamwork and communication as a couple
• Valid Driver's License essential

Maintenance Manager (He)

• Strong hands‑on maintenance experience
• Skilled in electrical, plumbing, general repairs, and all‑round maintenance
• Ability to manage preventative maintenance and lodge upkeep
• Experience managing maintenance projects advantageous

Front of House / Admin (She)

• Strong front of house and guest relations experience
• Solid administration and reservation skills
• Good financial understanding and reporting ability
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
