Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, organised and tech-savvy Management Associate to work directly with the Executive Officer in supporting daily operations, coordination and business execution across multiple business units.
This is not a typical admin role.
You will be exposed to real business operations, planning and decision-making, with opportunity to grow into a key management support role.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Coordination
Monitor daily office operations and task progress
Follow up with internal teams
Prepare concise daily updates for management
Assist coordination when Executive Officer is not in office
CEO Office Support
