The Opportunity

The Management Assistant (HEW 3, Casual) will provide administrative and coordination support to the HEAT CARE Project based in Segamat. Working under the direction of the Assistant Manager, the role will support day‑to‑day project operations, including documentation management, task tracking, communication coordination, and liaison with field teams and contractors.

This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operational delivery by supporting coordination across stakeholders, maintaining accurate project records, and assisting with routine follow‑ups. The role also contributes to continuity of operations when the Assistant Manager is not on‑site, enabling project activities to proceed efficiently.
