Summary This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Secretary (OS). The primary purpose of this position is to plan and conduct management and program analysis studies and projects. Provide advice and consultation to agency managers regarding the improvement of organization and program activities and operations. Non-BU: This is a non-bargaining unit position.
