Summary This position is located in the Bureau of Human Resources, Office of Employee Relations (HR/ER) which promotes the use of Department human resources (HR) by developing, implementing and promoting quality of life policy and programs, maintaining HR regulations, administering discipline processes and communicating to employees these programs. This position serves as a subject matter expert for client care of employees and family members affected by Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs). Responsibilities Primarily plans, implements, and improves upon the Department's operations, procedures, and methods. Focuses on legislation and processes intended to benefit employees and family members affected by Anomalous Health Incidents.
