Summary This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Office of the Chief of Operations, House Office Buildings, Office of the Executive Director. The incumbent assesses HOB strategic priorities and assists in developing a business plan targeting improvements in both effectiveness and efficiency of AOC priorities and objectives as outlined in the AOC Strategic Plan and Core Values. Responsibilities Provides extensive knowledge and expertise to direct, administer, implement, manage, analyze, and execute the assessment activity in accordance with AOC's policies and regulations. Assists in the formulation of policy and procedures governing the establishment of action plans and measures for assessing House Office Buildings hiring performance.
