Summary This position is located in the Infrastructure Operations (IO), Immediate Office. As a Management and Program Analyst you will be responsible for: conducting comprehensive organizational studies to identify and propose solutions to management problems; developing efficient and effective policies and procedures; managing programs and projects; and producing written products and agency-wide communications on IO programs, projects, and services.
