Management and Program Analyst

Summary The position is in the VA Regional Office (VARO). The incumbent is assigned to the Veteran Readiness and Employment (VRE), reporting to the Veteran Readiness and Employment Officer (VREO) and the Assistant VREO (AVREO). The primary purpose is to provide objectively based information for making decisions on the administrative aspects of organizational operation and management. The incumbent performs a variety of substantive analytical, planning, training, evaluative, budgetary, and advisory work. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Performs a variety of complex analytical activities to evaluate, develop, advise, and promote improvement in station managerial and personnel policies, practices, methods, procedures, and organizational structures.
