Responsibilities Supports the Distribution Command Group by developing long-term training requirements for the DLA Distribution workforce. Directs the establishment and optimization of a standard and disciplined problem-solving process to improve training across DLA Distribution. Participates in the development and/or revision of annual and quarterly training guidance. Manages teams established to improve the development and delivery of the DLA Distribution training. Adapts analytical techniques to improve the effectiveness of institutional and unit training. Conducts studies as assigned by the Distribution Command Group. Performs analytical and advisory work in support of the development of the DLA Distribution Campaign Plan for Workforce Development.
