The primary purpose of this position to serve as the Chief Command Data Officer and Knowledge Manager (CDO/KM) for Special Operations Command North (SOCNORTH), a Theater Special Operations Command (TSOC) under the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM), a unified Combatant Command (CCMD). Responsibilities Plans, organizes, and directs SOCNORTH's data management and knowledge management programs, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements. Serves as an expert, consultant, and advisor to SOCNORTH's Commanding General and senior leaders regarding the development and application of scientific and statistical standards to data evaluation and analysis.
