Plans and forecasts funding for contractor support, hardware/software, travel and training programs and initiatives. Develops Cost Benefits Analyses for new initiatives/projects/programs. Develops Business Case Analysis (BCA) researching manpower and physical resource requirements. Develops plans, task orders, statements of work.
