Management and Program Analyst

Summary This position is located in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and embedded in the Division of Operational Support Division, Office of Overseas Protective Operations, International Programs Directorate, Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), U.S. Department of State. Responsibilities Oversees the allocation and utilization of resources throughout the Office of Overseas Protective Operations. Researches and interprets new legislation, regulations, and policies to determine the impact on resource management processes. Plans, organizes, and manages special projects that cut across all DS/IP/OPO programs and operations. Assesses management systems and practices, recommending improvements to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity Maintains liaison with senior DS and Department officials to share management program information and identify opportunities to integrate activities and leverage resources.
