Responsibilities Communicates on a daily basis with the Associate General Counsel (AGC), Employment Law Branch(ELB)Attorneys, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) representatives, Department of Justice (DOJ) representatives, and other federal agency and court representatives to ensure that all of ELB's cases are processed in compliance with the rules and regulations of each of these entities.
