Reporting to the Financial controller, this role will oversee financial planning, compliance, reporting and cash flow management.

THE ROLE

Management Accounting & Reporting

• Own the monthly management accounting and reporting function across the group—complete, accurate and on time.
• Lead month-end close: review journals, accruals and the treatment of transactions.
• Prepare and review management reports, with variance analysis and clear, value-adding commentary for senior management and the Board.
• Review and maintain monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring integrity and compliance with accounting standards.
