Management Accountant

Location: Aveo Newstead Office– 5 Days On-Site

Reports to: Finance Business Partner – Communities  

The Opportunity

Joining Aveo as a Management Accountant, you will prepare and present timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis to Community Managers to support the financial performance of our Aveo retirement villages. Working within a portfolio of QLD villages, you will develop positive relationships with stakeholders, such as residents & committees and partner with Community Managers to prepare village budgets, annual financial statements and quarterly financial statements.

Your Impact:

• Prepare and present quarterly financial statements and ad hoc monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Lead the preparation of Annual Budgets in collaboration with Community Managers, Regional Operations Managers and Resident Committees.
